We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. E Furniture Store will not sell its database of customer details nor details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavor not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

When does E Furniture Store disclose the information it collects to outside parties? E Furniture Store does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. E Furniture Store may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of E Furniture Store, our users, or others.

What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us to maintain your account.

Your Credit Card Details? All credit card payments are processed securely through PAYPAL or BPAY. E Furniture Store does not store any credit card information on our servers.

What about Cookies? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to log in once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. You will need cookies enabled to use the E Furniture Store website.

DELIVERY POLICY

All goods are to remain the property of E Furniture Store until full payment has been received and cleared. The goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving full payment, subject to stock, back orders and availability, which can take up to 4 weeks depending on the circumstance.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We only provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform E Furniture Store if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery or whilst in transit.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

FAST DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Items marked for Fast Delivery are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days to the Sydney and greater Sydney area, depending on stock levels and external factors. We pride ourselves in getting your office furniture to you as quickly as possible and will notify you should we expect any delays to your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), we can also arrange delivery on Saturday by request for larger orders.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at E Furniture Store’s discretion. Warranty is not transferable.

E Furniture Store requires proof of purchase receipt for all warranty purposes.

Please contact E Furniture Store for warranty concerns through the contact us page. We will then contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.

Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will not be accepted. No responsibility will be taken for items such as cables, manuals, CDs or original box.

E Furniture Store will void warranty of any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorized personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void the warranty. Warranty is void on physically damaged items.

Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these goods.

E Furniture Store & associate service agents always take diligent care in servicing all goods, however E Furniture Store or associate servicing agents has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of the aforementioned goods. E Furniture Store will not be responsible for any loss of data. It is the responsibility of the customer to backup data which he/she believes to be important, valuable, or irreplaceable before sending in any goods for servicing.

E Furniture Store is unable to accept any goods returned for credit that are not in their unmarked original packaging and in complete "as new" condition.

Products returned for credit may incur 15% restocking fee at the discretion of E Furniture Store.

Any goods returned for repair found not faulty, goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer will be liable for a handling and service fee.

E Furniture Store does not offer pickups, delivery only. All shipment & returns including items under warranty are at the expense of the buyer. E Furniture Store is not liable for any losses, damages or expenses associated with returns or dispatched parcels during transit in any shape or form including, but not limited to all postal, courier & freight associated charges.

If your product(s) become unavailable or on back order (excludes shipping) for more than 10 working days from once full payment was received E Furniture Store will inform you. You will then have the option for a full refund or credit if you would like to discontinue with the order.

Refunds on purchase made via credit card are received in the form of a store credit. Any unused credit can be used towards the next purchase.

If you receive a product that you believe is not what was advertised we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back in its original undamaged condition. Please contact us at E Furniture Store we will then contact you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do.

E Furniture Store does not exclude any Non-exclusionary rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties, whether implied by custom, law or statute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E Furniture Store liability for breach of any implied warranty, condition or undertaking which cannot be excluded is limited, at the option of E Furniture Store , to: (a) in the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having services supplied again; and (b) in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of such goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS POLICY

Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to E Furniture Store promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.

WEBSITE POLICY

The E Furniture Store Website provides information on various products and services including product descriptions and specifications. With the exception of information relating to pricing, stock availability and freight charges, all product information is based from the relevant manufacture or vendor not E Furniture Store. E Furniture Store provides basic product information included in the website for the purpose of customer ease. E Furniture Store recommends customers should verify specific detailed product descriptions and specifications from the relevant original manufacture before purchasing.

All currency processed on the E Furniture Store website is in AUD$. Prices INCLUDE GST. GST is itemized on checkout.

E Furniture Store website may contain hyperlinks and pointers to other web sites operated by third parties. E Furniture Store take no responsibility of the contents of third party linked websites and is at own risk to the customer.
